Goal: To decrease the 30-40% of food insecurity within the region by expanding outreach pantries throughout Lafourche, Terrebonne, Grand Isle, and St. Mary Parishes

Goal: Impact an additional 1,000 families with home repair and financial assistance based on need
Success Story: “John Doe graduated from Assisi Bridge House program in July of 2021. He finished both phases of our program. John struggled for many years with drug abuse, depression, and shame. Since completing the program, John has maintained to be clean for over a year, has a career in the oil field, and has improved his relationship with his daughter. This year, John has begun working part time at Assisi Bridge House and able to enjoy his journey and joyful success.”
Success Story: “Jane Doe and her husband have 2 children, a 5-year-old and a newborn. Jane Doe and her husband were doing financially until he was in a car accident. John Doe was soon out of work for several months due to his injuries, which hindered their monthly income and stability. Jane and her family were able to receive boxes of food, meals, and baby formula from our Catholic Food Bank locations while her husband was out of work. Jane and her family will forever be grateful for the assistance they received feed their two children during their challenging time.”
