Submit a brief monthly report sharing highlights from your meetings and any key updates or concerns.

Weekly Check-Ins:

Connect with your mentee once a month via phone or video call to offer guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear

Ongoing Support: Be available for occasional texts or messages if your mentee reaches out between check-ins
