Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After a series of transit and flights, you are finally here in Tanzania, and you will soon find out that the long trip was well worth it. Your safari guide will meet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transfer to Arusha coffee lodge to have a nice lunch in the first days of Tanzania.

After lunch, travel overland to Tarangire National Park, go through to hotel in Tarangire National Park. Have a good night rest before your early start tomorrow morning.

Tarangire National Park

After breakfast we will start the first safari day in the Tarangire National Park. The Park has remarkable attractions with large groups of Elephants, spectacular natural beauty of savanna landscape and magnificent majestic Baobabs. Over 550 different bird species have been recorded in the park, of which several are threatened or endemic. In the afternoon, transfer to Lake Manyara Area.

Mto wa Mbu village - Ngorongoro

Travel overland to Lake Manyara are, heading towards Mto wa Mbu village. The visit will give opportunity for the cross culture and a chance to participate in touring the village by cycling on the buffer zones of the Manyara national park, and as well visiting the local villagers, having a lunch cook by the local women. After lunch transfer to Ngorongoro, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera!

Visiting one of the natural wonders of Africa, highly distributed with animal per square kilometer, we will be driving within the micro habitat that is made due to variation of altitude of the Ngorongoro highland. Full day game drive in the Ngorongoro crater, afternoon transfer to southern Serengeti National Park.

One of the attractions of the Ndutu region is watching the full cycle of the Great Migration, from the cattle returning to graze in December, to calving in January and February, to the cattle leaving again in December. In April, they began their journey north. The calving season is particularly dramatic: a million wildebeests give birth to 8,000 wildebeests every day, and when these newborns take their first steps, they become targets for lions, leopards, cheetahs and hyenas.

Full day game drive in The Ndutu Region, it is part of the northern section of Ngorongoro Conservation Area and stretches to the unfenced southern reaches of the Serengeti National Park, a meeting point between these two incredible wilderness areas. Ndutu is a seasonal area and unlike other parks, off-road safaris are allowed here. You'll get to see wildlife up close and explore off-the-beaten-path trails.

Morning game drive and southern Serengeti ecosystem; After the early morning breakfast, we will drive within the central Serengeti ecosystem for a half day and proceed to the southern Serengeti ecosystem.

Southern Serengeti ecosystem is known as a breading site for the wildebeest and Zebra where the timing for March is an added advantage for game viewing.

Maasai people called this park 'Siringet', meaning endless plains. The Serengeti speaks for itself and with good reason not only the migration of over 1 million wildebeest through its plains and woodlands but also unique landscapes and other spectacular wildlife. The Serengeti is home to the world’s largest populations of Wildebeest, Zebra, Cape Eland, Lion, Cheetah, Hyena and Gazelles.
