Aresidence,currentlyunderconstructioninChikamagaluru,isbeingbuiltona3300sqftareaamidstthelushgreeneryoftheMalenaduregion, knownforitsheavymonsoonrains.Theclientrequestedahousewiththreebedrooms,agrocerystore,parkingspaceonthegroundfloor,anda grandelevationfeaturinga10-footwidestaircaseasthemainentrance.Theprimarydesignchallengewastoaccommodatethreebedrooms withoutdisturbingthe10-footwidestaircasewithinthe3300sqftspace.
Akeylearningfromthisprojectwashowtoeffectivelycommunicatewithclientsfromruralareas,whohavelimitedknowledgeofbuildingsand architecture,andgainvaluableon-siteexperiencebyresolvingvariousissuesastheyarose.
