How To Use HP Smart App To Print From Anywhere?

Install HP Smart app on any device and then send a print job to your HP printer even when you are away. Note that the printer anywhere feature is only available on selected Hp wireless printer. You need to check if your printer supports and is compatible with Print Anywhere from the HP smart app. Now follow the steps given below to install HP smart on your device and use it for sending print jobs.    

First, of all, visit 123.hp.com and then search for HP Smart.

Click to download and install the application.

Now launch the app on your device and then select your printer.

Go to printer settings and then and the check if Print Anywhere features is listed under Services. If you can’t find the Print Anywhere listed, it means that your printer is not supported for it.

To enable the feature from your Smartphone application, follow the steps below:  Launch the app on your iOS or Android device and then select your printer on the home screen.  Under option or Services tab, select Printer Anywhere.  Sign in to HP Connected account or create a new account.  Click on Enable to connect your printer.  Now you can use HP Smart Print app to send a print job from anywhere.

To enable Print Anywhere from HP Smart desktop app, follow the steps given below:  First of all, connect your printer to your wireless and then launch the HP Smart app.

 Select Printer Settings from the Home screen and click on Printer Home Page (EWS).  Select Web Services and then ensure if it enabled.  If it is enabled you will see a Summary option listed under Web Services Settings.  Now select Print info page and then follow the on-screen prompts to print a test page.  In case if the Web Services is not enabled, click on Setup under Web Service section.  Follow your screen to enable it and then print a test page.  Check the printer code on the Print info page and then go back to HP Smart Settings page.  Select Print Anywhere and then sign in to your Hp Connected Account.  If you don’t have an HP connected account, click to create one and then sign in.  Select Enable and then continue to add your print to your HP connected account.
