E ach fall, the HPGM Gala brings us together to honor and celebrate the strength, resilience, and brilliance of our comunidad. This year, as we mark 24 years of impact, we invite you into a reimagined experience that highlights the collective power we hold when we lead together.
Our 2025 theme, Avanzando con Impacto: The Power of Collective Leadership, reflects this pivotal moment in history. Progress has never come from one voice or milestone. It is built when communities move forward side by side, building power, fueling progress, and rooting our work in joy.
At HPGM, we witness this every day through our network of more than 5,200 professionals, students, and allies. Together, we are shaping the future workforce, driving innovation, and redefining leadership in the Midwest. Your partnership makes this possible. It allows us to deliver programming with regional and national relevance, create opportunities for diverse leadership pathways, and center care and connection as tools for systemic change.
Tonight’s Gala is more than a celebration. It is a space to honor the movement we are building together, to reflect on how far we have come, and to look forward with confidence at what we continue to achieve, juntos.

Founded in 2001, HPGM exists to advance Latinos in Wisconsin by serving as a connector, convener, and hub of services for current and aspiring leaders. We are driven to address the barriers preventing Latinos from full economic participation by serving as the premier resource for Latino educational attainment, professional achievement, and financial well-being. We build the current and next generation of Latino leadership by providing impactful professional development opportunities and fostering meaningful connections. As a thought leader, HPGM continues to convene around critical issues that directly impact the community. We strive to increase representation, build intergenerational wealth and close the influence gap across all sectors.
