How to Fix Black Screen in HP Laptop or Desktop Computers?

Before applying any methods for diagnostic, users have to ensure of the laptop is having sound of hard drive or fan. If your laptop has no sound or light ON after pressing the power button, then immediately consult with HP customer support people regarding it, as it can be a severe hardware fault.

RESET THE LAPTOP TO ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE BLACK SCREEN     

Press and hold the power button until laptop turns OFF Disconnect all external wires or devices including power cord Check and remove if there are any DVD or CD disk before moving to next step Now check if your laptop has removable battery Then, carefully unlock the laptop battery and remove it Now press and hold the power button on laptop for 20 seconds


