Turn On your printer, and load enough amount of plain papers in the main input tray. Check if the ink cartridges are installed. Turn On the Web Services, press the ePrint button on the printer. Tap Setup, and follow the on-screen instructions to enable the Web Services option. If the Web Services option is enabled already, then press the Print or Print Info option. The email address of your printer appears on the operation panel of the Officejet 4650 printer. An information page gets printed with the printer’s email address in it. Locate the HP printer’s email address, if it is not displayed, wait for a few hours, and try to print the report again. To print from a computer or Chromebook, create a new email account. In the To field, type the printer’s email address. Enter the required subject in the email subject line field. Attach your document or picture to your email, and then click the Send option. To print an email, open the message you want to print, and then choose Forward. Enter the email address of your 123.hp.com printer in the To field, and then select Send.

Airprint HP Officejet 4650 is present in iOS versions 4.2 and later devices. Link to the network: Touch the Network, Setup or Wireless menu on the control panel of the printer.

Tap Wireless Setup Wizard, and go with the on-screen prompts to connect to the wireless network. Wi-Fi Direct: Confirm that the blue solid light is ON on the printer’s operation panel. Tap the Wi-fi Direct or the Wireless Direct button, else press Settings, and touch Wi-Fi settings. Select your printer’s name under ‘Choose a network’ window. Enter the password if instructed. To wake your printer from the sleep mode, force press its Power button. To print from the Apple device, open the image, document, web page, or email that you want to print, and tap the Share icon.
