HP Officejet 6600 Troubleshooting Issue Why HP Officejet 6600 Printer Won’t Print? •
Your HP Officejet 6600 printer may not print due to several reasons. Check if you are undergoing the following scenarios that do not let you print.
•
Examine the network connection status of your printer.
•
Sometimes, if the connection mode has been turned to offline, the printer may not print. Solution: Press the Start button on your computer and click on the Devices and Printers option. Right-click the icon available for your HP Officejet 6600 printer or the printer name.
•
If you cannot find your printer name, then click the name of the printer manufacturer that is HP or Hewlett-Packard. Click on See What’s Printing.
•
Select Printer in the menu that opens and disable the tick mark next to Use Printer Offline if enabled. The moment the option is changed, the print jobs in the print queue will be printed.
•
If there is a drop in the level of ink in the cartridge of your HP Officejet 6600 Troubleshooting printer, there are possibilities that your printer may stop printing in the middle of the print job.
•
Solution: If the 123.hp.com printer stops printing in mid of the print job, check the level of ink either on your computer or HP Sure Supply as it cannot be monitored manually.
•
If the ink level is low and if you are printing a black & white job, you can still change the option to print in Black & white only and then complete the print job.
•
If the printer is out of color ink cartridge, you can print in black by changing the printing mode to single ink cartridge and print in grayscale.
•
Follow these steps if the color cartridge is empty: Click Print, choose your printer from the list that displays, and click the option that prompts to open the Printer Properties dialog box.
