An iconic photo of President Trump with his fist raised as blood trickled down from his ear was snapped by Evan Vucci moments after the shooting in Butler, PA. Joe Biden must have caught another cold as he had another bad night at what he touted as a “Big Boy Press Conference.” During his speech, he introduced Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky as President Putin and referred to Donald Trump as the Vice President. Look, here’s the deal...anyway.

The Howe Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting an Ice Cream Social which will now take place in nine of the last 10 years. This year’s event is Wednesday, July 31 from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Summit Gardens. The sponsor is Legend Bank who is also hosting one at their Whitewright branch the night before on July 30. The event is free and open to all. The tradition began in 2015 as a Blue Bell Ice
Cream Social sponsored by Cavender Home Theater which continued the annual event, except 2017, through 2022. A year ago, HIT Roof & Exteriors carried on the tradition.
