Christmas Parade set for Dec. 10, 2 pm start time

The Howe Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the annual Christmas Parade on Dec. 10. The time has been pushed up to 2 pm due to Van Alstyne moving their start time to later in the evening. Those that would like to enter to be in the parade can visit howechamber.com or by clicking here. Lineups will take place at the Howe Middle School/ Howe Intermediate School parking lot beginning at 1:15 pm.

Former Howe Mayor and City Administrator Ray Houston dies INSIDE

Wesley Ray Houston was born on October 21, 1937, in San Bernardino, California. He moved to Texas at 3 weeks of age. Ray passed away on November 21, 2022, at his home in Bells, Texas.
