Rivard announces retirement Four to be inducted into the chamber’s from Howe Fire Department Howe Hall of Honor Class of 2022 after 45 years of service If you’re looking to sell your house in the Southern Grayson County area there’s good news— you’re going to completely cash in! But there’s also bad news—if you’re trying to buy here right now you might have to put up your greatgreat grandchildren as collateral. The folks over at the EDC office, which we happen to know pretty well, tell us that commercial interest has never been more sought out than it is right now. Howe just needs willing landowners to sell and some of that is beginning to happen. 2022 could be a groundbreaking year for Howe. ***** Georgia Richardson has been on the city council since 2008. She’s been a staunch advocate for the people of Howe and will be greatly missed. It’s hard to imagine a more qualified councilman to take her place than Joe Shephard. It’s the best of both worlds—the city can utilize his vast knowledge of the inner workings of the city— and he can still ride his motorcycle every day the weather is good. ***** Good luck to the Dogs!
