City of Howe looking at 5 percent water rate increase The youngest child in our house is now beginning driver’s ed classes. This assuredly has Star Auto Body excited due to the history of the oldest child in our house. ***** Four years ago, Howe ISD announced they were banning the “man bun.” This year they’ve relaxed all male hair regulations which in this day and time could spark a “He -Hive” movement— complete with “guyliner.” ***** In order to take down the greatest country in the history of the world, you must have a dynamic plan to pull it off. It may even take decades and generations to do so. Infiltrate, manipulate the people by propaganda, create division among them. Divide by race, gender, age, class, vax vs. anti-vax. He also added $10,000 to the ambulance contract and says they are seeking another ambulance service. Due to the rising sewer disputes with the City of Sherman, he added to the legal budget in anticipation of possible litigation.
