Myrick appointed to city council The musical chairs seem to have stopped at the City of Howe when Sarah Myrick was appointed to the city council seat vacated by Robert Cannaday. Last month, Rod Gross was appointed to replace Jeff Stanley’s seat where he resigned to become the new city administrator upon the upcoming retirement of Joe Shephard.

Myrick replaces Cannaday’s term which will end in May of 2022. Gross’ term will expire in May of 2023. Current board members that will come up for reelection in May of next year are Brett Bearden and Georgia Richardson. The term

The Howe 14U Bulldogs are headed to the Ranger State Tournament in Longview on July 2-4.

Pottsboro finished first in the tournament by outscoring their opponent by a combined 31-4 score. Whitesboro finished second in the tournament after squeaking out a wild win over Howe 11-10. But Whitesboro is unable to make the trip to Longview therefore giving Howe the ability to advance.

In game one, Howe lost to Pottsboro, 5-0 with Anthony Lowder getting the start on the mound.

Garren Lankford relieved him.

Howe then beat S&S in game two, 9-0. Lankford threw a onehit complete game striking out 15 Rams. First baseman Beau Stephens hit a homerun into Hash Field and Lowder had a double off the fence and a triple into the right field corner. Braden Ulmer hit two doubles and David Grant had a double to the fence.

In game three, Howe lost the wild one to Whitesboro, 11-10 where Lowder got the start on the mound and struck out 12 Bearcat hitters. He was relieved by Ulmer in the middle of the game. Howe’s bats scattered nine singles but could not muscle an extra base hit

throughout the game. Head Coach Kent Lowder said defensive mistakes cost them the game ultimately.

Howe has had a long run of 14U reach the state tournament but haven’t won it all since 2015.

What happens if the election audits go Trump's way?

What will the military, the Supreme Court, and the people eventually do? How will the military, the Supreme Court, and the masses react to the outcome? How will the military move, how will the Supreme Court rule, and eventually do the masses rise up and take to the streets...if it becomes clear that the presidential election of 2020 was compromised, was stolen, or at the very least had way too many abnormalities and illegalities and thus the wrong person is possibly sitting in the White House? What happens if it becomes clear that President Trump was re-elected and the Progressives actually stole the election?

What happens if we find out that the election was manipulated?

What happens if?

We might find out these answers in the coming months. Maybe.

What about the forensic audits of the popular votes in the contested key states?

Before the actual election in November, President Trump predicted cheating as you've never seen before. President Trump said there would be voter fraud like never before in U.S. history. Many people throughout the White House believed and were certain that something felonious was about to happen. At 10:30 on Election Night, President Trump was up by good margins in the key states.

Then the key states shut down the election tabulations of votes "for the night." (By the way, the stopping of counting votes for the night had never happened before in presidential history.) And then when we woke up in the morning, after the tallying of votes was supposedly shut down "for the night," Joe Biden had pulled ahead, stayed ahead, and assumed the White House. As of this writing, Biden has 306 Electoral College votes, and President Trump has 232 votes. Two hundred seventy votes is the magic number to win the presidency.

But what about the forensic audits in the key contested states? Starting with Arizona, then Georgia, then Pennsylvania, then...

The forensic audit of the popular votes in Arizona being conducted right now is intriguing and also a little scary. The forensic audit of

the popular votes should be able to catch and identify voting irregularities, cheating, abnormalities, and felonious actions. What happens if not only Arizona flips, but also Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin?

The vote-winning margins in these four states were about 1%, or even much less. Not a whole lot of cheating and theft required to flip the states, if that is what actually historically happened. With Arizona's 11 Electoral College votes, with Georgia's 16, with Pennsylvania's 20, and with Wisconsin's 10, if those slim margins went to President Trump rather than Biden, the Electoral College vote would be 289 votes for Trump and just 249 for Biden. With Trump needing only 270 for the win, maybe that is why the Progressives are so determined that the forensic audits should not happen.

Maybe that is why the Deep State cabal does not want light to shine in on the actual votes last November.

What would happen next? What does the military do? How does the Supreme Court rule? And then how do the masses react? How do both the Patriot and also the Progressive citizens react? Does the military put troops and tanks on the streets, especially in Washington, D.C., to keep Biden in the White House? Does the military arrest Trump for winning? Does the Supreme Court finally "man up" and hear the case of election fraud? Does the Supreme Court rule that President Trump is actually president? Does the Supreme Court rule that Trump is President Trump, but then the military vetoes the Court's decision and keeps Biden in the White House?

What then do the people do? How then do the masses react to a probable fraudulent election? Do the Patriots finally take to the streets for a "mostly peaceful protest" of the election? Or do the Patriots say they have had enough of the election fraud and fake president, and it gets violent? Does it become the Reds/Patriots versus Blues/

Myrick has been in the banking industry for 16 years. During that time, she has gained experience in operations, business development, treasury management, and lending. She is a Vice President/ Commercial Lender for First United Bank in Sherman. Myrick’s most fulfilling role, she says, is mother and wife. She is married to Cort Myrick and together, they have six beautiful children.

Prior to living and working in North Texas, Myrick was in Oklahoma. She graduated high school

from Mustang High School and attended college at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, OK. She served her community in many capacities including treasurer of the local Lions Club, board member of Safe Events for Families, board member of the local YMCA, Leadership Shawnee graduate, among other things, in Oklahoma. She is currently president of the Friends of the Sherman Library, treasurer of the Grayson County Children’s Advocacy Center, treasurer elect of Sherman Service League, board member for Grayson Rotary Club and board member of United Way Grayson County.

In her spare time, Sarah spends time speaking at non-profit events and conferences as an advocate for victims of violent crime and domestic violence.

Myrick was also the first bride married at the renovated Summit Gardens in 2020.

Progressives on our streets? What happens to America if?

It is looking more and more as if, no matter what, the military stays with Biden. The military is looking more "woke" than the Berkeley campus as the military drives out Christians, conservatives, and constitutionalists. The military is more concerned with fighting a nonexistent threat of global warming and a trickle of "white supremacy," appearing unconcerned about a rising Chinese communist menace.

The Supreme Court might be different. There were three Supreme Court members who actually wanted to hear the cases of presidential election fraud. They wanted to see the facts, but it takes four Court members to agree to hear a case. The two key members of the Supreme Court would be Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. It is probable that Barrett and Kavanaugh feel guilty and impotent because of their weak refusal to be actual Supreme Court members and hear tough, politically charged cases. The two of them might have actually changed their minds and toughened up and will agree to hear new challenges of the 2020 presidential election — that is, if, if, if the four states of Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin

flip their Electoral College votes to Trump, and thus Trump has exceeded the 270 hurdle. Or will the Supreme Court cower again, just as it did last December?

It is hard to tell at this date if all this reads like a historical chapter of an election held in a banana republic south of the border, or does it read like a cheap novel that no one would believe could play out in America? The military, the Supreme Court, and the masses will have a lot to say either way. Do the Patriots simply wait until 2022 or 2024 and let Biden stay, even if not actually elected?

Do the Progressives say that under no circumstances, including the jailing of political opponents, does President Trump ever get back into where he was legally elected?

Keep a sharp eye on the audits going on now and throughout the summer. What happens if, by Labor Day weekend, more than half of the American people believe there was indeed election fraud and criminality?

It might not be pretty. It might get seriously ugly. But these professional forensic audits are necessary. They must be done professionally and accurately. They will have a big say in who resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue for the next three years. Maybe.

Athletes in full swing for summer workouts

Howe Athletic Director Bill Jehling has had a good number of athletes at both the high school and middle school level that are partaking in summer workouts.

Of course, there are some athletes who are staying at home and not improving themselves, but Jehling says the same ones putting in the work now are the ones that are going to be the same ones making huge contributions to their particular sports.

The high school girls and boys workout in the morning, whereas

the middle school athletes come in later in the mid-morning time frame. One varsity returning starting lineman stays after his morning workout to help mentor the middle school group.

Coach Jehling says the weight room is being overhauled with new flooring and new equipment which had the athletes outdoors for the entire week last week but it is expected to be completed by the middle of this week so the athletes can get back to weight training as well as conditioning drills.

Sales tax receipts up 22 percent for the year for the City of Howe Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced recently he will send cities, counties, transit systems and special purpose taxing districts $907.6 million in local sales tax allocations for June, 31.5 percent more than in June 2020.

These allocations are based on sales made in April by businesses that report tax monthly.

In Howe, the figure totaled $40,599.44 which is 23 percent

ahead of the 2020 total for the same period. For the year, Howe’s total is $249,074 which is 22 percent ahead of 2020 at the same point.

City sprayed for mosquitos last week, two more treatments coming With the amount of rainfall in May that has caused such a wet breeding ground for mosquitos, the number of the little pests have seemed to run wild throughout North Texas. The City of Howe contracted Noble Resources Pest Spraying of Leonard to spray for mosquitos last Tuesday night throughout the city limits. They say two more treatments will take place throughout the summer.

Adulticiding is the process of controlling mosquitoes when they are mature, flying mosquitoes.

Adult female mosquitoes are the ones that bite, so ultimately they provide the largest threat to the public welfare.

Mosquitoes exist across the nation and Texas is no exemption.

Everyone knows that mosquitoes are more than just a nuisance.

Different species of mosquitoes carry specific diseases so they do more than just leave you with red, swollen and itchy bites. That’s why you should get professional

Once a mosquito hatches its eggs in water, they become mosquito larvae. All mosquitoes undergo four different stages — egg, larva, pupa and adult.

Those various stages compose the life cycle of a mosquito that usually takes about a month. help in getting rid of them.

Aedes Aegypti (Yellow Fever Mosquito) Yellow Fever mosquito is often

found along the coasts of Texas.

This is the Texas mosquito that could breed inside your home. Common breeding sites include pails, flower pot plates and trays, ornamental vases, plants, and canvas sheets. It is capable of biting anyone throughout the day. It has been known that it is the transmitter of Zika Virus and dengue fever.

Asian Tiger Mosquito (Aedes Albopictus) This Texas mosquito is also known as the forest mosquito. It got its “tiger” name from its appearance with a single white strip from its head to the back. It originally came from Southeast Asia and known to bite during the daytime. Some of the diseases it carries are Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE), Zika virus, West Nile Virus, Chikungunya, and Dengue fever.

House Mosquito (Culex) The Texas mosquito is the most-

known summer pest. House mosquitoes find food by detecting body heat and exhaled carbon dioxide by humans. However, male mosquitoes only feed on plant nectars while female mosquitoes suck on human blood. This type of mosquito in Texas often breeds in still waters which include ponds, floodwaters, storm drains and water found in old tires and tree holes. They put humans at risk of getting malaria, yellow fever, dengue fever, encephalitis and West Nile River – a disease that is a serious threat in the U.S. for the past few years.

Southern Mosquito (Culex Quinquefasciatus) Also known as Culex fatigans, this is the most common type of mosquito that shares similar attributes of a house mosquito.

It often hunts during the night and carries diseases such as the St.Louis Encephalitis virus and West Nile Virus.

The Howe Area Chamber of Commerce is organized for the purpose of advancing the commercial, industrial, civic and general interest of the City of Howe, Texas.

Howe, Texas is at the intersection of U.S. Highway 75, State Highway 5, and Farm Road 902, on the Southern Pacific line ten miles south of Sherman in southern Grayson County. Howe is the highest point between the Red River and the Gulf of Mexico at 873 ft above sea level. The city was originated in 1872. The Howe Area Chamber of Commerce was first organized in 1964, with President Cleon Hamilton. It was reorganized in 1972 with Ray Hamilton as president. In 1984, it was once again reorganized with President James Ogle. In 2015, the organization revamped for the fourth time under new leadership from President Robert Cannaday. The current elected president in 2021 is Monte Walker.

City of Howe SECONDS COUNT IN AN EMERGENCY! That's why the City of Howe has instituted the CodeRED Emergency Notification System - an ultra high-speed telephone communication service for emergency notifications.

This system allows us to telephone all or targeted areas in case of an emergency situation that requires immediate action (such as a boil-water notice, missing child or evacuation notices). The system is capable of dialing 60,000 phone numbers per hour. It then delivers a prerecorded message describing the situations to a live person or an answering machine in the affected area possibly including instructions requiring action on the part of the recipient. Texas History Minute The early 1900s was a formative time for education in Texas.

Sidney Mezes, a one-time president of the UniKen Bridges versity of Texas, rose to the forefront to serve as such a leader as well as a diplomat and a thinker.

In the process, the son of a pioneer gold prospector in California became one of the most respected philosophers in the nation and a leader in Texas education.

Sidney Edward Mezes was born in September 1863 in Belmont, California, then a tiny village nestled between San Francisco and San Jose in the years after the Gold Rush. His parents were both immigrants, with his father having arrived from Spain and his mother from Italy. His father, Simon M. Mezes, was an attorney who arrived with the early wave of gold prospectors and other fortune-seekers.

His father had helped several Spanish families in the San Francisco area keep the claims on their lands as pressure from settlers and miners as well as various con artists sought to thrust them off their property. In the process, Mezes was able to buy some of this land and set it aside to form what became Redwood City, the county seat of San Mateo County in the 1850s, and for whom a city park is named.

This helped provide a comfortable childhood for the future scholar, which included trips to Europe.

He graduated from what was then the University of California in 1884 (now the University of California at Berkeley) with a degree in engineering. After his father’s death that year, Mezes took a different path and began studying philosophy. He enrolled at Harvard University in 1889, receiving a second bachelors degree in 1890 and a masters degree in philosophy in 1891. While he was completing his doctorate through Harvard, he spent the 1892-93 school year teaching philosophy at Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. After finishing his Ph.D. in 1893, he spent a year teaching at the University of Chicago.

He was offered an adjunct teaching position at the University of Texas in 1894. In 1898, he took a look at ideas and perceptions of God with The Conception of God. He took on questions of spirituality and the existence of God. At the same time, he touched on ideas of time, memory, and reality. Mezes argued that God lives in an eternal state of the present, with all things happening in one everlasting moment and that time as mortal men understand it, is meaningless to God. “Time is no reality; things seem past and future, and, in a sense, non-existent to us, but in fact are just as genuinely real as the present is,” Mezes wrote.

“Every reality is eternally real, pastness and futurity are merely illusions.”

He became a full-time professor in 1898. In 1901, he wrote an in-

fluential work on ethics, titled Ethics, Descriptive and Explanatory. He earned a promotion to dean in 1902, serving as a philosophy professor simultaneously.

In 1908, Mezes was appointed president of the university. He was the fifth person to hold the position. He was widely respected for his work as a scholar and administrator. The college expanded steadily. He added a new library and a new Department of Economic Geology. Within five years, enrollment expanded 20%, from 2,500 students to 3,000.

In 1913, the newly-inaugurated President Woodrow Wilson asked him to become U. S. education commissioner, but he declined.

Instead, Mezes decided to take a new position as the fourth president of the City College of New York. He assumed his new post in 1914. He left the university on good terms, and the board of regents asked him his opinions on the direction of the university. He published this as The Future of the University of Texas in 1914, which helped form a blueprint for expansion.

The same spirit of innovation he brought to UT he brought to CCNY. Here, the college added schools of civil administration, business, education, and engineering, becoming a respected institution in New York.

At the request of Wilson, Mezes became the director of a commit-

13 tee of scholars informally called “The Inquiry” to investigate the causes of the war and to identify and evaluate possible solution to prevent a future war. These suggestions were later formulated into Wilson’s Fourteen Points, which he outlined in a speech in January 1918. At the end of the war, Mezes served as a diplomat as part of the American delegation negotiating the Treaty of Versailles, the shape of the peace to come. He wrote a section from a 1921 series of recollections titled What Really Happened at Paris.

By the mid-1920s, Mezes began experiencing serious health problems. The situation became so bad that he retired as the CCNY president in 1927 at the age of 64, having seen enrollment quadruple from 5,200 to more than 20,000.

He returned to California; and when his health permitted, he traveled to Europe and different parts of the U. S. The University of Texas honored him with the special title of president emeritus in 1929. He died at his home in Pasadena, California, in 1931.

The university remembered his many contributions and dedicated a new building in his memory in 1953. Mezes Hall today is a multi -use classroom building used by various departments and organizations on campus, including the Texas Politics Project, the Spanish Department, the Government Department, and the European Studies Department.

God desires to heal and restore Can God heal us? Of course! We do not need to speculate or wonder about His ability to provide miracles and bring restoration even in the Dr. Billy most difficult Holland situations. Jeremiah 17:14 says, “Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved: for Thou art my praise.” Whatever the case, we can believe and know without a doubt that our heavenly Father desires to help us in our time of need whatever it might be, and yet, we look around and notice that many have not received their answer. When we begin to investigate the truth about healing and miracles, it does not take long to discover this is a complicated subject that includes conditions that must be taken into consideration. I realize that some people do not believe in the blood covenant of Christ or the gifts of the Spirit found in I Corinthians chapter 12 or that Jesus is still providing miracles today, but what are we to do with verses like Mark 16:17-18, and James 5:14-15 just to name a few? Old and New Testament scriptures such as these are relevant today the same as every command and promise of God. God’s word is a light unto our path and a lamp unto our feet.

Jesus wants us to follow Him without stress and anxiety and to trust that He is in control. Our existence is not an accident or the result of a random chance but rather a deliberate act of intensive planning and divine order by the one who created us. God has known you before the foundation of the world and considers you one of His priceless possessions.

He is not going to design us in His image and then abandon us.

Philippians 1:6 declares, “And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.” Yes, we do have responsibilities and there are certain conditions, but as we listen, trust, and obey, He will reveal to us His perfect will. To the children of Israel, it was the

mighty Egyptians who were holding them in bondage, to David it was an intimidating giant that was trying to destroy him, and with us, it might be a negative test result that has paralyzed us with fear. Like all who have stood in faith against seemingly impossible situations, we can also choose to shout from the housetops, “What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:31.

The purpose and meaning of life is knowing and loving God. Our journey is an opportunity to experience an exciting adventure with the Holy Spirit as our guide. The key to being filled with His contentment is to hold tightly to His hand, and when our path becomes steep and treacherous, we must be willing to believe that God is who He says He is, and to know without a shadow of a doubt that He will help us and keep us safe as we continue climbing higher with Him. When you come to a resting place, breathe deeply, embrace the moment, and be refreshed in the glory and beauty of His presence. If we desire to know God personally, we must spend time with Him. How can we love someone we do not know? We must know Him before we can trust Him. May we accept the invitation to respond to His voice, to love Him with all of our heart, mind, and strength. Let us honor Him, and in faith, we will press forward in His name one step at a time.

There is much that we do not comprehend, but we do know He promised to heal His people. If not in this life, we will be healed with a brand-new body in the resurrection and will continue to live in perfect health with Him forever. May we receive encouragement from the words of this beautiful hymn, “God moves in a mysterious way” written by William Cowper in 1773. “God moves in a mysterious way His wonders to perform; He plants his footsteps in the sea, and rides upon the storm. Blind unbelief is sure to err, and scan his work in vain: God is His own interpreter, and he will make it plain.”

Inflation proof investments Hey Taylor: Any investments I can make that will stand up well against inflation? I feel like Taylor the dollar has Kovar to weaken soon and I’m wondering how I can protect myself.

— Jeremy Hey Jeremy: There are a few good options for investors with inflation in their minds, and now is a great time to be looking into these investments. Even better news, most of these options are great additions to your portfolio in times of both high and low inflation.

Real estate. Historically, real estate makes its biggest gains when inflation goes up. This happens for a handful of reasons, including rising rent prices driving more people toward ownership. If you have the capital to buy a second property, this is a great option for you. If that’s outside the scope, you can look into REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) as a way to take advantage of the security of real estate without taking on sole ownership.

Stocks. Inflation can cause a mess of problems, but do you think Apple, Amazon, or Microsoft will struggle because the inflation rate goes up a point?

Those shares may continue to rise in value, whereas the bag of money you have buried in the backyard will take a much bigger hit.

High inflation makes growth stocks a little less appealing— don’t go nuts on buying shares of startup companies with big dreams and small reserves. Nevertheless, the stock market is generally a good place to hold your assets when guarding against inflation.

Commodities. Just like the companies I mentioned above, the products we need in our day-today lives aren’t going to let inflation get them down. I’ve always promoted timber and energy investing, and now might be an excellent opportunity to buy into those industries. You can either look to individual stocks or ETFs focused on the sectors you want to target. You can also consider precious metals, which I’m sure you’ve already thought about if you’re looking for ways to escape inflation. A lot of people get excited about gold during these times, and with good reason; the price has consistently gone up and always manages to weather inflation storms. Silver is another strong option, and you can decide between actually buying the metal itself, buying these commodities in stock form, or investing in the companies that mine the physical product.

It’s a pretty safe bet that an inflation hike is looming somewhere on the horizon, so these are good questions to be asking. Hopefully one of the above options works for you, and I’ll be interested to hear what you end up doing.

Living with children I wrote a book several years ago, Grandma Was Right After All, in which I deconstructed the twenty-five most popular John parenting adages Rosemond of a bygone era.

They included “You made this bed, so you and only you will lie in it,” “I knew if I gave you a long enough rope, you’d hang yourself,” and “You will have to stew in your own juices over this.” An entire parenting philosophy was expressed through the adages in question, most of which are now extinct because the philosophy in question has gone by the wayside, to the detriment of us all.

Nearly all of these adages are misunderstood today, but surely the single most misunderstood parenting aphorism in the history of humankind is “Children should be seen and not heard.” It actually originated in 15th Century England and applied only to – gasp! – young girls, who were thought to have nothing to say worth hearing. Gradually, however, it was expanded to include young boys as well, for which we are all grateful.

“Children should be seen but not heard” was ripe for demonizing and demonized it was by America’s mental health community, who claimed that its popular use reflected a general disdain of children. That may have been true of the Augustine clergyman who first penned it, but by the time I heard it, circa 1954, its meaning had, shall we say, evolved. It simply meant that when in a room otherwise occupied by adults holding conversation, children were to listen (be seen) but not interrupt (be heard). In other words, we were to know our place. It was a very civilized arrangement, actually, and no one my age whom I’ve queried on the subject has ever expressed feeling disdained upon hearing it. In fact, we boomers tend to rue that all

too many of today’s parents seem to lack the mettle to tell their children, in no uncertain terms, what their place is and to stay there.

The almost inevitable result is children who, through no fault of their own, are irritating.

Have you noticed what almost invariably happens when children are allowed to participate in adult conversation? Given license to talk, they don’t stop talking, which is in no one’s best interest, including their own.

Today, the adage could be applied to parents who tend to overprotect and over-manage their children. These zealous folks are usually known as “helicopter parents,” albeit I think “Cuisinart parents” more accurately reflects the dance of codependency that’s being performed.

The few and far between parent of sixty-plus years ago – anxious, hovering, micromanaging, enabling – has become ubiquitous today, a clear refutation of Darwin’s theory that only functional attributes are perpetuated. In those glory days, parents were to provide adequate supervision, but at a reasonable distance. If a mother could hear her children, they were probably too close, which explains my mother’s insistence that in any weather other than a lightning storm or hurricane, I was to be outside, out from “underfoot” – yet another parenting word that has fallen out of usage.

By the way, “underfoot” was synonymous with “annoying,” and I knew it, and I am today a better person for knowing it. I trust that my friends agree.

Howe Community Library News Submitted It was another busy week at Howe Community Library this week. We're back in full swing with the Summer Reading Program activities and Reading Challenge.

Howe All-School Reunion lunch tickets on sale The Howe All-School Reunion was originally slated for last year, but due to COVID, the Howe ExStudents Association rescheduled the event to this Oct. 15-16 which is homecoming weekend.

The weekend begins with the Howe Bulldogs hosting the Commerce Tigers at Bulldog Stadium at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $5 for general admission at the gate. At halftime, Howe High School at 200 Ponderosa Rd, will open for those who would like to gather together.

On Saturday morning at 9 am, the high school will open for coffee and donuts and at 11 am a $16 luncheon and a program will be held at the high school which will be catered by Dickey’s BBQ. On Saturday night, the Howe ExStudents Association is hosting a scholarship benefit concert featuring The Chicago Tribute Authority Texas which is a Chicago cover band featuring HHS graduate Rod

The children enjoyed another story time and craft on Tuesday with Angel from the Grayson Crisis Center. They read THE VERY HUNGRY CATERPILLAR and made a caterpillar with all kinds of things in his tummy. They also made colorful butterflies.

Miss Joyce delighted the younger ones with bubbles during their story time before a delicious snack of donut holes.
