Sales tax figures on the rise for the City of Howe

Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced recently he will send cities, counties, transit systems and special purpose taxing districts $890.5 million in local sales tax allocations for November, 4.8 percent more than in November 2019. These allocations are based on sales made in September by businesses that report tax monthly, and on sales made in July, August and September by quarterly filers The City of Howe is currently 19.08 percent ahead of 2019 in sales tax revenues. On Sunday, October 11, 2020, after serving in the eldership of the Howe Church Of Christ for thirty-two years (Dec. 6, 1987— Oct. 11, 2020), and prior to that serving as a deacon for twenty two years (March 2, 1975-Dec. 6, 1987), Jesses Stonebarger, with his eye on both the present and the future, announced to the church that he believed it was in the congregation’s best interest that he step down from serving in the position of an elder.

Pastor Toby Soechting said while the congregation strongly objected to the news, each member with respect, love, and admiration for Stonebarger supported his decision because anyone who knows him knows that he is a man of few words and when he speaks on any subject you do well to pay attention to his voice of sobriety and wisdom.

“Stonebarger obeyed the gospel of Christ (cf. 1 Cor. 15:1-5; 2 Thess. 1:6-8) here in Howe in 1971,” said Soechting in the church newsletter.

He went on to say that immediately thereafter, both Stonebarger and his wife Mary became active members of the Howe church of Christ as they labored for the Lord and served their fellow man. Stonebarger was appointed as a deacon by the congregation on March 2, 1975, and for twenty two years he (with his wife and children’s support) served as a deacon with various responsibilities.

“As a preacher, I have been blessed to labor under the oversight of some great and godly men,” said Soechting. “The last twenty one years have been especially sweet for me because I have labored here in Howe alongside the likes of Jesse Stonebarger, a true elder, overseer, and shepherd of the flock of God. Jesse, by the grace of God, not only changed his life when he obeyed the gospel and sought to follow

the Lord, but Jesse changed my life (and countless others) through his example of quietly and consistently seeking not only to be a man who calls Jesus, “Lord,” (Mt. 7:21) but seeking to be a man who actually takes up his cross daily and follows Him.

ward. The result of the fraud accusations has forced the election into the court room. For some odd reason, the news media will not report the fraud while social media platforms flag it as disinformation, but several Michigan residents ranging from a city worker to a former state assistant attorney general swear under penalty of perjury they witnessed significant and widespread election tampering in the city of Detroit.

Trump attorney Sidney Powell stated that there a number of things to investigate including the likelihood that three percent of the vote total was changed in the pre-election voting ballots that were collected digitally by using the Hammer program and the Scorecard software program. In an interview with Lou Dobbs on Fox Business stated that she could hardly wait to put forth all the evidence they’ve collected on Dominion Voting Systems, the software company. She said Dominion was created to alter voting results in Venezuela to insert Hugo Chavez against the will of the people and then shipped internationally to manipulate votes for purchase in other countries including this one. She said it was funded with money from Venezuela, Cuba, and a role by China.

“We have staggering statistical evidence and staggering testimony from witnesses including one who was personally in briefings when all of this was discussed and planned beginning with Hugo Chavez and how it was designed there and then saw it happening in this country,” said Powell. “As soon as the states shut down on election night and stopped counting, those are the states where the most egregious problems occurred.”

Powell said they ran an algorithm to calculate how many votes they might need to come up with for Mr. Biden in specific areas, “I think that explains what happened in Michigan where the computer glitch changed the number of votes of about 5,500 in favor of (Biden) just in one of 47 districts. She says those districts need to be checked for the same ‘software glitch’ which would change the result in Michigan dramatically.

“The same thing happened in other states,” said Powell. “We’ve had hundreds of thousands of ballots mysteriously appear solely for Mr. Biden which is statistically impossible as a matter of mathematics. It can all be documented, and we are putting it into materials that we will file in federal court.”

Powell says that the Hammer and Scorecard were used by forces in the Democratic operative that had access to the programs through the government access points that they have. She says that the investigation would likely come from the most trusted military intelligence officials that can get into the system and see what was done.

“Whether you call it computer glitches or something else, somebody has actually gone into the system and changed voting results.”

Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch, an independent firm, said that there were 800,000 extra names on the election rolls in Pennsylvania and Clark County, Nevada had 154,000 inactive names on the roll.

Judicial Watch announced that a September 2020 study revealed that 353 U.S. counties had 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible voting-age citizens. In other words, the registration rates of those counties exceeded 100 percent of eligible voters.

“The data highlights the recklessness of mailing blindly ballot applications to voter registration lists," said Fitton.

Battles are waging with the media and whistleblowers also. Marine veteran and USPS whistleblower Richard Hopkins claimed late ballots were postmarked retroactive to Nov. 3, election day, at his post office, in an exclusive interview with Project Veritas founder and CEO James O’Keefe. However, Russell Strasser, USPS Office of Inspector General interrogated him and used coercion tactics to force him to alter his story. The Washington Post ran quickly with the story that he had recanted his position of ballottampering claims. However, Hopkins later said he felt played by the federal agents and asked the Washington Post to recant their story.

US Attorney General William Barr announced Monday that U.S. attorneys across the country will be authorized to investigate alleged election fraud. This prompted the resignation of the Director of Election Crimes Richard Pilger.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced Wednesday the state would perform a hand-recount of presidential ballots there prior to certifying the results of its election. Biden as of Wednesday maintained a narrow lead of about 14,000 votes in the state.

The Gateway Pundit reported Thursday that another so called system ‘glitch’, this time in a county in Wisconsin. Evidence was provided that showed the vote totals for Rock County appeared to be switched between President Trump and Joe Biden. 9,516 votes were elimi-
