Meanwhile, President Donald Trump is transitioning to a second term. When questioned, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said during a press conference on Tuesday that "There will be a smooth transition to a second Trump administration."

for mail-in ballots. On the same day, Federal Election Commission Chairman Trey Trainor said based on the info gathered from Pennsylvania and elsewhere in the country, this presidential election is illegitimate. But Thursday evening, after the forced resignation of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Director of Cybersecurity Bryan Ware, the DHS countered with a confusing memo stating, “The November 3rd election was the most secure in C. The Pentagon then said Kash Patel, who was a Republican aide on Capitol Hill and now works for the White House National Security Council, has been named Mr. Miller’s chief of staff.

officially awarded a win. The reason for this is to ensure a free and fair election so that We the People selected their rightly choice. The grand music and lights and graphics of the cable news networks announcing the winner of the presidency is nothing more than a fancy way to grandstand the upcoming demise of the news industry as we know it.

• The media calling the election has no legal weight, but helps inform public perception; many candidates use this to declare victory or to concede.

• The actual election results are finished up December 8, giving candidates time to have recounts or litigate the numbers.

Once the fraud is cleaned up and the result is overturned, I hope those calling for unity will still bark the same Kumbaya sentiments. If we do not act in concert with each other and ensure the future becomes what we need it to be we will surely deserve whatever fate awaits us.

The cure for 1984 is 1776. A nation of sheep breeds a government of wolves (and vice versa). Stripping down everything to 1776 and unifying under one “Constitution Party” would return freedom and sovereignty to the common man and woman and return the government to its proper place as the servant of the people.

The concept is a great one, however, the claim by everyone of wanting free speech is wonderful until someone hears something they do not like (such as with this editorial column). Then suddenly, people that write columns like last week’s need to be shut up because it disagrees with their beliefs or fantasies.

Hopefully, liberty has not been stolen in the wee hours of the night and we still have a chance to live out our lives in freedom. If a second chance is granted by God, we must understand that we are in control of the government, not the other way around. Generations of Republican and Democrat leaders have made it abundantly clear that they are unable and incapable of managing the nation’s affairs competently, justly, or legally. Hence the election of an outsider like Trump.

Our new birth must again ensure the right to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness by limiting the role of government in our lives. No one has the right to dictate to anyone else how to live. No one holds the higher moral authority to compel anyone else to behave in a particular way. Each individual has the right to behave as according to his or her self-determined moral principles, provided the pursuit of these principals provides no physical harm to others or other’s property. If there is no victim, there is no crime. No entity, including a majority of voters or citizens, may take away or violate the rights of any individual. The restoration of the rights of individual Americans must be the foundation of the future. All men and women are created equal in God’s eyes and must remain true for all mankind—Black, White, Indians, Asians, Hispanics, Jews, Muslims, and anyone else unmentioned.

This kind of freedom initiates that people are responsible for their own welfare. With this, productivity prospers and businesses flourish creating an atmosphere of abundance and tolerance and compassion.

“Posterity! You will never know how much it cost the present generation to preserve your freedom! I hope you will make good use of it. If you do not, I shall repent in Heaven, that I ever took half the pains to preserve it.” - John Adams.
