Madisyn Hargrove threw a 4-hit shutout on Friday night to get the Lady Bulldogs (9-2) in the win column over rival Van Alstyne, 18-0 With the varsity boys also winning against VA, the Victory Light downtown was turned on for the first time for a non-varsity football win. Hargrove and Torrey Stubblefield combined to allow only nine baserunners for the two combined shutouts versus Van Alstyne and Farmersville
Erin Blackburn led the way at the plate with four hits and three runs scored Emily Sanders went 2-for3 at the plate as she led the team with four runs batted in. The Lady Bulldogs ripped off 18 runs thanks to 18 hits and drawing four walks

Hargrove pitched five scoreless innings, allowing four hits, and striking out eight
Howe had three doubles (Hargrove, Kamryn Fulenchek, and Payton Griffin), and three triples (Stubblefield, Sanders, and

On Tuesday night, Stubblefield had a masterpiece of her own versus Farmersville in a 15-0 win She went four scoreless innings, surrendering only one hit, and striking out seven.

For the week, Howe scored 33 runs on 32 hits while allowing no runs on 5 hits
