A former Howe ISD student and teacher has now come full circle to become a school board member as Janie Finney received 203 votes on the 243 ballots cast

Incumbents Bruce Dawsey and Mark Abner will return with 182 and 150 votes, respectively

Micah Belden received 63 votes, while Amber Krantz-Dimayuga took 61.

Finney will join other board members Brad Anderson, Greg Akins, Scott Renfro, Clint Catching, Abner and Dawsey Catching was first elected last year
