TARGET AUDIENCE: Designees for NOVA/ACT Crisis Team membership. DESCRIPTION: Participants will learn and practice the crisis intervention model developed by nonprofit National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA). Topics include crisis skills bereavement trauma age and culture etc. Participants must attend the entire three-day course to receive credit certified by NOVA and eligibility for All-district Crisis Team.
