HOUSTON - Housing and Urban Development Secretary Alphonso Jackson and Donald E. Powell, Federal Coordinator for Gulf Coast Rebuilding recently announced $428,671,849 in disaster funding to Texas to help the state to recover from last year’s hurricanes.
