Look, according to THE VETERAN'S AFFAIRS POLICE DEPARTMENT RECORD from April 2015 , "Dr." Candice Matthews was the culprit in a serious crime. What did she do? I'm about to tell you if you hold your horses!!! I pulled this information from some official documents regarding the incident that occurred back in April 2015. So, it was reported by an anonymous female that she had reason to believe that there was an employee at Veterans Affairs that was dealing drugs from his vehicle. The reporter ("Dr." Candice Matthews) gave specific information in regard to where they would find drugs, the license plate number of the vehicle, and where the alleged drug dealer resided. The information provided matched that of the father (James Enecio), "Dr." Candice Matthews' ex-husband. When they searched his (James Enecio's) vehicle, they found drugs in magnetic boxes attached to the father's vehicle by the muffler and the windshield wipers . o drugs or drug traces were found in the father's vehicle accordi ng to the pol ice report. And as a side note, the Harris County District Attorney's Office declined to press criminal charges against James Enecio once they traced the anonymous phone call that was placed to them about the illegal drugs back to Dr. Candice Matthews. But don't take my word for it, the officer on the scene noted that the anonymous ("Dr." Candice Matthews made him believe that she "Dr." Candice Matthews did not personally know James Enecio -- which was a lie -- she "Dr." Candice Matthews was in a custody battle with James Enecio at the time. I fail to see any public interest that you, and or your readers, may have in the marriage of Dr. Matthews, and/or the alleged criminal history of her current husband. Your blog publication of her marriage, the name of her current husband , and/or the alleged criminal history of her current husband lack any public interest and/or concern, and constituted an invasion of both the privacy of Dr. Matthews and her husband. Who Dr. Matthews married is of absolutely no public concern and/or interest. Dr. Matthews' husband ' s alleged criminal history is wholly irrelevant to any matter related to Dr. Matthews ' education, her business and/or the Texas Coalition of Black Democrats. Your intrusion into this PURELY private matter was not, and is not, protected by any feigned 1st Amendment privilege you may seek to justify your intrusion.

With regard to Dr. Mattews prior marriages, to include that to James Enecio (who ' s current wife is Beverly Enecio ), are irrelevant to any public discourse. Again, who Dr. Matthews marries and/or divorces are not relevant to any public interest and/or concern. While I am strongly persuaded that the incomplete protective matter information, the alleged bomb threat, the terroristic threats and assaults, and the VA Affidavit originate with and from the Enecios, until you are sued (should you elect to ignore this letter), discovery will provide such illumination later. The above summarized biogs consist of publications of the accusations of the Enecios which arose in a child custody/possession suit. Please note, Mr. Enecio agreed to give custody back to Dr. Matthews and the Harris County District Attorney dismissed the protective order case, which fact you either (a) in failed to properly investigate, omitted or (b) consciously chose to omit. Hayes, 434 U.S. 357, 364, 98 S.Ct. 663 , 668, 54 L.Ed.2d 604 (1978), the Supreme Court states: "In our system, so long as the prosecutor has probable cause to believe that the accused committed an offense defined by statute, the decision whether or not to prosecute, and what charge to file or bring before a grand jury, generally rests entirely in his discretion".

Texas prosecutors frequently use such discretion in declining to prosecute undercover police officers who purchase illegal drugs in the process of gathering evidence and, under a literal reading of the statute, are therefore in violation of the laws prohibiting possession of controlled substances. App. 1999) You seem either confused or upset, in your quest to tarnish Dr. Matthews ' reputation and sully her good name, that neither the Harris County Attorney, nor the U. S. Attorney, prosecuted the assertions of Enecios. Perhaps, the decision not to prosecute was based upon the absence of evidence, or the absence of probable cause. Perhaps the decision not to prosecute was based upon the fact that neither of the Enecios were credible witnesses . But, it is clear that no prosecution of my client occurred, with knowledge of all the false and incomplete information and innuendo, you published in your biogs.

Your biogs impugned the name and reputation of Dr. Matthews. Each of the criminal accusations you blog involve moral turpitude. Moral turpitude has been defined as "[t]he quality of a crime involving grave infringement of the moral sentiment of the community as distinguished from statutory mala prohibita." Black's Law Dictionary 1008-09 (6th ed.

1990) Texas Law has considered various situations in determining whether a given offense is one that involves moral turpitude, to wit: "Crimes already deemed to involve moral turpitude include theft, forgery , swindling, running a disorderly house, vagrancy arising from habitual association with prostitutes, aggravated assault on a female , misdemeanor assault on a female, procuring, prostitution, vagrancy by prostitution, and making a false report. App. 1995) Santeria and Voodoo are religions practiced by people who believed in one God that is served by several spirits. Both religions also believe in possession of the spirits--called 'orishas' in Santeria and ' Joas ' or laws in Voodoo-through song and dance. In both religions, the Joas or orishas and ancestors are identified with the Catholic saints. Santeria and Voodoo also share a similar beginning in African traditions and rituals that originated in Nigeria. The two were brought to the Western Hemisphere by slaves from North Africa, specifically Nigeria.
