Gov. Perry Grants Pardon After DNA Testing Clears Man of Crime (Austin) - Gov. Rick Perry has granted a pardon based on innocence to a man after DNA testing proved he

did not sexually assault a 13-year-old girl at knifepoint nearly 20 years ago. DNA testing was not avail-
