The company African Art Global, Inc., was created by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis' sister-in-law, by the name of Angele Green Ellis, along with her co-worker Larry Johnson (no relations), and Sam Njunuri, back in 2017. Shortly after Commissioner Rodney Ellis's sister (Angele Green Ellis) formed African Art Global, Inc., with Sam Njunuri and Larry Johnson, Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis began secretly storing the African Artwork in a county-owned shed at a cost that ended up costing the hardworking citizens of Harris County, Texas more the $326,000.00 dollars, according to former FBI Investigative Specialist Charles "Chuck" Marler.
