According to an affidavit, the lady is known as "Dr." Candice Matthews now was known as Candice Hinton, on or about February 3, 2015, called her ex-husbands fiancé on her job at (HISD) Houston Independent School District three times. His fiancé worked at the receptionist’s desk so she had to answer the phone. The first call came from “Dr.” Candice Matthews around 8:50 a.m., when “Dr.” Candice Matthews threatened to kill her ex-husband's fiancé and whoever else was in the building.
