Friends: Welcome to the 2nd Annual South Florida Men’s Wellness Conference! After last year’s successful virtual model, it is wonderful and inspiring to see that our local Department of Health agencies from up and down the Gold Coast have joined together, once again, to support and uplift this necessary summit.

Events like this conference and educational programming surrounding sexual health are crucial for every community and should occur without fear of stigma or discrimination. I’m heartened to see that our region is leading this effort openly and proudly in conjunction with so many of our healthcare providers. I applaud the conference organizers and participants for taking part in this important event not just for our LGBTQIA+ community, but for all of South Florida.
