OurhopeistokeepthatmomentuminFY26,(especiallywiththegreatundertakingofthecommission andworldpremiereofKamalehua:TheShelteringTree)byworkingcloselywiththeDevelopment team,nurturingnewandexistingcommunityrelationships,andputtingmoreenergyintoinitiatives thatsawsuccessinFY25.
Evenwithmildticketpriceincreasesandhighreturnratesforcurrentticketholders/subscribers,itwill stilltakeanaverageofa20%increaseinticketsalestoreachourFY26goals.Whileweareconfident intheabilitytoreachthesegoalsbasedonFY25attendance,wewillalsobeimplementingnew benchmarkingandprogresstrackingtoolsthatwillallowustopivotifnecessary.
