AZEEN RAD Azeen Rad is an Interior Design Student who believes in creative and artistic design. Azeen is not afraid of working with colors which creates a unique design.

Because of deep knowledge and background in mathematics and geometry she is strong in space planning and play with layout creatively. She has a great love for design and commitment to excellence to her work and projects. At a personal level, Azeen is a well-disciplined, industrious person .

As a young girl I always loved design and home décor however I pursued math and got my engineering degree and teaching at college was my professional job until I moved to California and changed my direction to pursue my passion in design which started in 2017 at saddleback College.

Sweeping curve by the variation of ceiling height in activity area creates fun and comfort has the same rhythm of curves on the stage.

3D space planning creates feeling of a forest by two volume of the storage, and a round nook to display species of plants insects and or mounting students’ paintings the cork textured.

These two fixtures are 7’ high. 3’ between the roof is filled of plants.

The green Curved Stage looks like a green field between the two so-called trees.

DESIGN ELEMENTS:

Vertical lines on the eastern wall by incorporating cork texture and green plants brings the feeling of a forest with sky blue stripes between to depict water falls and sky.
