Cucina Tirolese e Mediterranea Vi aspetta un gustoso e ricco buffet di prima colazione, uno snack pomeridiano al bar ed una cena à la carte a 4 portate.

Serate a tema con specialità Tirolesi e Mediterranee.

Per i nostri menù preferiamo prodotti locali di stagione che abbiniamo con accuratezza e armonia. Prestiamo particolare attenzione ai latticini ed alla carne che scegliamo prevalentemente da fornitori e allevatori della regione che conosciamo personalmente. La scelta comprende anche specialità vegetariane, pesce e piatti senza glutine e lattosio.

Bei der Zusammenstellung unserer Menüs bevorzugen wir saisonale, einheimische Produkte, die täglich mit viel Raffinesse zubereitet werden. Besonderes Augenmerk legen wir dabei auf Fleisch- und Milchprodukte aus Südtiroler Tierbeständen. Die Auswahl beinhaltet auch Vegetarisches, feine Fischgerichte sowie, auf Anfrage, glutenfreie oder laktosefreie Gerichte.

Alpine & Mediterranean Cuisine You will find an extensive breakfast buffet, a courtesy afternoon snack at the bar and a 4-course à la carte dinner including local Alpine and other Italian dishes.

For our menus we use natural, local ingredients with special attention to meat and diary products, for which we mainly use products from cattle farmed in the South Tyrolean Alps.

We offer a varied choice of dishes, amongst which fish, vegetarian and special gluten- and lactose free dishes.

Villa Kastelruth, 1920 Villa Kastelruth viene costruita nel 1903 dall’ allora medico comunale Dr. Luis Mayr come casa di cura. Allora si esaltava soprattutto la salubre aria di montagna (“totalmente pura, libera da polveri e ozono” si legge negli opuscoli di quei tempi). Con la “ottima acqua di sorgente” si offrivano cure idroterapeutiche e bagni salutari. Le molte ore di sole avvantaggiavano Castelrotto rispetto alle altre località di cura ai tempi in voga nel Arco Alpino.

Dal Dicembre del 2015 il „Villa Kastelruth“ ha riaperto e si esibisce in nuove vesti e con una nuova gestione. Vi aspettiamo con piacere qui al nuovo Hotel Villa Kastelruth.

Villa Kastelruth Hospitality since 1903 Die Villa Kastelruth wurde 1903 vom Kastelruther Gemeindearzt Dr. Luis Mayr als Kurpension erbaut. Hauptsächlich warb man damals mit der guten Höhenluft („staubfreie, vollständig reine und Ozon-freie Luft“ war im Prospekt zu lesen). Mit dem „köstlichen Trinkwasser“ wurden Hydrotherapien und Bäder angeboten. Durch die vielen Sonnenstunden hob sich Kastelruth von den meisten anderen alpinen Luftkurorten ab.

Seit Dezember 2015 zeigt sich „Villa Kastelruth“ im neuen Kleid und ist unter neuer Führung wieder geöffnet. Wir würden uns freuen, auch Sie bald als unseren Gast begrüßen zu dürfen!

Villa Kastelruth was built in 1903 by the local practitioner Dr. Luis Mayr as a sanatorium. Those days they highlighted first of all the healthy fresh mountain air („Clean, dust- and ozone free air“ as to read in the printed brochures of those days). With the local “delightful spring-water” hydrotherapies and health spas where offered. The many hours of sun stand out Kastelruth from the other high alpine climatic health resorts of the Alps.

Since December 2015 „Villa Kastelruth“ re-proposes itself open to the guests again, entirely refurnished without loosing the historical touch and charm of the “fin de siecle” years. We would be proud and happy to welcome you as a guest of the new Hotel Villa Kastelruth.

The Deluxe rooms are amongst the most spacious in the villa. They feature a great sunny balcony and a courtesy selection of tea and infusions.

Sull’Alpe di Siusi vi attendono 80 km di tracciati per la disciplina classica e per lo skating. Nel centro di Castelrotto e al passo Pinei vengono appositamente preparate piste di fondo per principianti.

L’Alpe di Siusi fa parte del DolomitiNordicSci, il più grande carosello di sci di fondo d’Europa con più di 1.300 chilometri di piste da fondo!

„Spitzbuabn“ Ricetta - Rezept - Recipe

Ingredienti/Zutaten/Ingredients: (ca. 70 pezzi/Stück/pieces) 250g 130g 3 400g 1/2 1 1

burro zucchero tuorli d‘uovo farina scorza di limone bustina di lievito zucchero vanigliato pizzico di sale

Butter Zucker Eidotter Mehl Zitronenschale Backpulver Vanillezucker Prise Salz

butter sugar egg yolks flour grated lemon peel baking powder vanilla sugar a pinch of salt

Sbattere il burro morbido fino ad ottenere una crema e aggiungere lo zucchero mescolando. Versare gli altri ingredienti e lavorare fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio. Lasciare riposare nel frigorifero per una mezz’ora. Stendere la pasta, ritagliare con la rotella da una parte degli anelli, dall’altra parte dei dischi e cuocere al forno a 180° C per circa 7 minuti. Lasciar raffreddare i dischi e cospargerli di marmellata di albicocche o a piacere. Sovrapporvi gli anelli e cospargere di zucchero a velo.

Die weiche Butter cremig rühren, Zucker dazu geben und glatt rühren. Mit den übrigen Zutaten vermengen und zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Eine halbe Stunde im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen.

Den Teig einen halben Zentimeter dick ausrollen und aus der einen Hälfte Ringe, aus der anderen Hälfte runde Kekse ausstechen und im vorgeheizten Backrohr ungefähr 8 Min. backen (180°C). Kekse auskühlen lassen und mit Marillenaufstrich oder nach Wunsch bestreichen. Ringe mit Staubzucker bestreuen und auf die Kekse setzen.

Batter the soft butter till it’s creamy, slowly amoing the sugar. Add the other ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Allow it to rest in the fridge for half an hour. Roll out the dough approximately ½ cm thick. Cut out rings from half of it for the top and plain rounds from the otherfor the botten. Bake them for about 8 minutes in the pre-heated oven (180° C). Allow the biscuits to cool and coat the rounds with apricot jam. Dust the rings with powdered sugar and place them on top of the round biscuits.
