Our commitment to sustainability
La sostenibilità è sempre stata un punto fondamentale per le scelte che adottiamo nella gestione del nostro Hotel, come ad esempio l'energia prodotta da fonti rinnovabili, l'utilizzo di prodotti locali e a KM 0 e l'impiego in cucina di carne e prodotti provenienti dal nostro maso di famiglia.
Per questo motivo, abbiamo deciso di stampare questa brochure nel rispetto della natura attraverso l'utilizzo di carta certificata FSC Mix (l'etichetta FSC Mix indica che il legno o la carta all'interno del prodotto provengono da materiale certificato FSC, materiale riciclato e/o legno controllato) e stampando senza emissione di CO2, Inoltre attraverso la stampa di questa brochure abbiamo deciso di sostenere economicamente il progetto Climate Partner "Sostenere le popolazioni indigene nella protezione delle loro foreste" a Mataven in Colombia
Il progetto infatti adotta un approccio olistico al cambiamento sostenibile verso pratiche economiche sostenibili e la conservazione della natura. Il progetto contribuisce alla protezione dei territori indigeni promuovendo l'empowerment delle comunità, un migliore monitoraggio dei territori e sistemi di comunicazione e trasporto più solidi Inoltre, contribuisce a migliorare l'autosufficienza alimentare di sei diversi gruppi etnici
Nachhaltigkeit war für uns schon immer ein wichtiger Anhaltspunkt bei der Auswahl der Produkte in allen Bereichen unseres Hotels So beziehen wir schon längst Energie aus erneuerbaren Quellen. Wir achten auf die Verwendung von lokalen und KM 0-Produkten Hierbei hilft uns natürlich der vorteilhafte Umstand, dass wir in unserer Familie einen eigenen Bauernhof haben, und somit öfters Fleisch und Produkte von unserem Bauernhof verwenden können.
Aus dem Grund der Nachhaltigkeit haben wir uns natürlich entschieden diese Broschüre auf FSC-Mix-zertifiziertem Papier zu drucken (das FSCMix-Label erklärt, dass das Holz oder Papier aus recyceltem Material oder kontrolliertem Holz stammt). Auch erfolgt der Druck ohne CO2 –Emission
Mit dem Druck dieser Broschüre unterstützen wir finanziell das Projekt „Unterstützung indigener Völker beim Schutz Ihrer Wälder“ in Mataven in Kolumbien.
Dieses Projekt befolgt einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz für einen nachhaltigen Wandel hin bis zu nachhaltigen Wirtschaftspraktiken und zum Naturschutz Es trägt zum Schutz indigener Gebiete bei, indem es die Eigenverantwortung der Gemeinschaften fördert und eine bessere Überwachung der Gebiete gewährleistet, sowie für eine bessere Kommunikation im Transportwesen sorgt.
