This is a complete Product Life Cycle description from the macro perspectives of the engineer and the program manager to the microscopic explaining how the industry works during its life cycle representing the lifecycle of a new product from NPI to MP, RMA.

o design the functions of the PM department system, I must know the whole picture of the crossdepartment interaction in the manufacturing industry. So, I made a timing diagram of the New Product Introduction cycle on the right page considering the Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Layout, factory, XDVT lab, third-party compliance, sales, and supplier team.

This is the blueprint for building a complete environment in the product development process which is from the project kick-off to the Mass Production.

The following content is the introduction of each function to help the user to work easier in the different moments of the NPI process.

Milestone Tracking

Designed the milestone tracking and stop/restart function for users to take control of the NPI project statement for convenience.

Normalize budget consumption per task for inner operating management and help the user to provide the budgetary document faster.

Connect to the system of the Foxconn that allows the user to know what's the immediate testing status of each product.

Visualize the storage status of the material for Build Start date and help the user to have a clearer understanding of the current useable material in multiple projects.

Device Allocation

Record the allocation of each sample device for team members to know what's the current project device resource management.

Independent study of College 04

In my third year, I was working on my topic in the lab at the same time during my internship at Taiwan Bayer. I was responsible for a bandgap reference voltage circuit design made by TSMC's T18 process.

Circuit overview

Voltage: 1.8V

Frequency: 100K Hz

Power consumption: 7.008174uW

This is the first time that I have designed an analog circuit chip from scratch.

In order to make the output voltage Vref of this circuit, it can stably output a voltage value of 900mV within the temperature range of -50 ℃ ~120 ℃. I use Cascade as the main structure of the control circuit and design a bandgap reference voltage control circuit through the positive and negative resistance temperature coefficients between BJT, FET, and ohmic resistors.

In the end, I successfully completed the special topic and won fourth place in the special exhibition of our school.

Right is the entity of my educational chip. In addition, to maximize the use of Spec and improve the fault tolerance during testing, I put four identical circuits on a single chip and use dummy to fill the remaining space.

In the variable temperature simulation test, the voltage fluctuation per degree is 0.0014%
