Corporate Backgrounder Corporate Fast Facts HorsePower Brands (HPB) was launched in 2019. Our corporate headquarters is housed in a 40,000 sq. ft. building in the heart of Omaha's central business district. By December 31, 2022, HPB will own 7 homeservice brands, and five verticals that service the franchises. The seven brands include Blingle, Heroes Lawn Care, iFoam, Mighty Dog Roofing, Bumble Bee Blinds, Gatsby Glass, Groovy Hues. HPB expects to own 25 home-service brands by the year 2025. More than 85% of HPB's workforce works in Omaha. Co-founder Zach Beutler is also involved in the cattle industry as co-owner of Beutler Beef. HPB focuses on niche brands within the home services industry with the potential for replication. We look for concepts that have high consumer demand and are needed in all climates. Our key strategy is building the infrastructure and support team for each brand 3-6 months ahead of launching the franchise opportunity.

How It All Began...Meet The Co-Founders Josh Skolnick: As a child I would go with my father on a daily basis after school and throughout the summer to help him with his work. When I was 9-years-old, I began mowing lawns, building up a pretty sizeable business by middle school. I began hiring people in high school, beginning with my friends, and eventually hired outside employees. I graduated from Upper Darby High School in Pennsylvania in 2002, and set my sights on a larger scale business. I made a few acquisitions, which led me into the mulch blowing industry, and I sold that in 2007 to focus on other business ventures. I went back into the industry in 2008 with a tree care business, grew it, and began franchising in 2012. This led to me meeting Zach Beutler, and ultimately launching HP brands. My motto has always been "if you're not first, you're last," and Zach shares that with me. Zach Beutler: I got started in franchising at a really young age beginning in college with Complete Nutrition, where I ran the top location and became the manager by default when everyone quit. I moved to Florida and opened my first Complete Nutrition location, and within 8-9 months began opening other locations doing almost $8 million in revenue. There was another franchisee needing someone for sales and marketing, and in three years we grew to 68 locations. I sold my equity and wasn't sure what I wanted to do next until I met Josh, and Monster Tree Service became our first brand. We both have a passion to change the game and do something different. I've always said there are people you're supposed to meet in business, and Josh was that for me.
