Dear friends!
Щиро вітаю організаторів, учасників та гостей з відкриттям X Міжнародного конкурсу молодих піаністів пам'яті Володимира Горовиця в групі «Горовиць-Дебют» та «Молодшій групі». Цей представницький форум юних талантів із багатьох країн світу – свідчення високого авторитету української фортепіанної школи, визнання майстерності вітчизняних видатних виконавців. За роки свого існування Конкурс дав путівку у світ великого мистецтва багатьом яскравим молодим талантам, які сьогодні підкорюють найвідоміші глядацькі зали світу. Переконаний, що Конкурс стане яскравим святом і важливою подією в культурно-мистецькому житті України. Вірю, що цього року усіх нас чекають нові відкриття і неповторні враження від спілкування з прекрасним. Тож бажаю усім учасникам цього творчого змагання наснаги і нових перемог!
My sincere congratulations to the organizers, participants and guests on the commencement of the 10th International Competition of Young Pianists in Memory of Volodymyr Horowitz in Horowitz-Debut and Junior Group! This representative forum of young talents from the many countries of the world demonstrates the high reputation of the Ukrainian piano school, recognition of the excellence of outstanding domestic performers. Many eminent young talents started their career in high art at the Competition over the years of its existence and now elicit applause from the audiences of the world's most famous concert halls. I am sure that the Competition will be a colourful festival and an important event in Ukrainian cultural and artistic life. I believe that this year we are in for new discoveries and unforgettable impressions from interaction with the enchanting art of music. I also want to wish inspiration and new victories to the participants of this artistic competition!
