I pay attention to the needs and living habits of the elderly in society and the isolation between urban villages and new towns. Based on the problems that there are a large number of middle-aged and elderly people in urban villages, poor living environment, and poor communication among community groups, I propose to innovate and produce some urban village buildings, build a physiotherapy architectural space suitable for the life of the elderly, and a multi-functional commercial place that can increase the integration of the city by matching physiotherapy. In the architectural design, the modular design of the house provides the possibility of upward development of the house, and the use of connecting corridors to connect all the building spaces and provide a place where people flow to each other to reduce isolation. The goal is to create a place with strong circulation, wide communication and suitable for all ages.

The modular concept is adopted to design the new unit building, reserving the surrounding space to give the function of cultural communication. The lower part of the unit building is the public area, and the small area on the top is the private residential space facilities.

STEP 4 The area of the upper dwelling is added and divided into semiprivate and fully private parts according to the private state. According to the sunshine conditions, the shapeis changed step by step to ensure the lighting of the upper dwelling.

HOW TO CONTACT THE CITY/HOW TO ORGANIZE PLATES The project first tries to solve the problem of isolation of urban blocks and aging of urban space. It adopts buildings with historical value to remove most high-risk buildings. At the same time, combined with the surrounding environment with a large number of elderly people, elderly care therapy is implanted as the main functional block. The area near the canal is set up for recreation. All the blocks are connected by corridors and air elevators to facilitate the flow of traffic while increasing the theme space for crowd activities and exchanges. The connection of the city also relies on the connection of corridors, and the connection corridor across the highway is set up to connect multiple points, increase the access space of the block and improve the circulation. In this way to create a dynamic elderly leisure area.

The most beautiful leisure place in Jiangnan area of China. It is suitable for people who are undergoing physiotherapy. The elegant and comfortable environment can give better therapeutic effect.

Combined with the bottom super-market and small businesses, it provides a lively environment to increase the communication between different parts of the city.

Canal theme

Canal corridor, designed waterfront corridor to provide waterfront sightseeing and walking places, with the surrounding corridor line into a highland relationship.

02 Self-sufficient homeless shelter THEME 2: To deal with the problem of housing difficulties for urban homeless groups, and to provide integrated self-sufficient high-rise living space.

I am concerned about the group living on the street in the city, who are not accepted by the society and are not allowed to live in the city center. I hope the society can pay more attention to this vulnerable group. I choose the triangle plot in the city center, which is near the city center square. In this area, we try to create an integrated shelter by means of highrise buildings, where homeless people can live, plant and sell, as well as work, innovate and learn. Living is divided into quiet high-rise buildings close to the nearby residential areas, and working is divided into noisy environments close to the urban square complex.

The high-rise buildings are connected by covered bridges. Their agricultural and sideline products and urban cultural products will be transported out through the form of logistics, and they can also obtain foreign raw materials and commodities through this way to enrich the high-level market. In this way, they can gain social acceptance and acquire the skills and assets needed for life.

03 Inheritance and innovation THEME 3:Adapting to the development and renewal of the city, thinking about the innovation of the remaining space in the process of urban development, trying to combine traditional temple buildings with modern commercial buildings.

The project is located at the edge of Beijing city, surrounded by several historic buildings.

Due to the existence of Wanshou Temple, the block where the temple is located has been continuously closed due to the protection of historical buildings in the process of urban renewal, which has gradually caused a large separation from the updated block, and it is difficult for the surrounding area to enter the temple for religious activities. Although the old buildings near the temple housed some migrants, they were dilapidated and could not be integrated into the surrounding rapidly developing environment. Therefore, I studied a number of similar irregular blocks, trying to demolish the original dilapidated houses and preserve only the temple buildings with historical significance, and at the same time, Bridges were used to connect the surrounding plots to break the division. In order to fit the religious architecture, create a multi-functional place with "Zen" as the core. Using the traditional Chinese courtyard layout, commercial buildings are wrapped in residential buildings, and indigenous people and outsiders are combined to create a new integrated community.

RICH NEIGHBORHOOD LIFE SCENE The integration of the temple building and the surrounding new environment gradually introduces the Buddhist culture from the new urban entrance, hides the culture inside, and does not conflict with the modern residential space. The residential space adopts the innovative practice of traditional Chinese siheyuan form, placing the residential house in the external multi-storey, placing the business in the courtyard, and adding the underground commercial layer to connect with the temple to form an inseparable whole.

This picture depicts the living scene and leisure space in the residential building from the perspective of people, and shows the scene of temple by-product sales experience and the life scene of local residents and foreign tourists in connection with the surrounding temple scene.

04 Utopia of capital THEME 4: To adapt to the high-density urban environment, construction workers in the process of urban construction of psychological construction and living environment needs.

We propose an innovative urban design scheme for high-rise high-density cities. By connecting the frame of the high-rise building in the form of a steel structure frame, the workers' cabins are implanted to meet the needs of a complete community on each floor. At the same time, a health garden is set up between a group of high floors to solve the psychological problems commonly faced by workers. Workers' cabins focus on practicality and comfort, providing basic living facilities. Supporting facilities include shops, supermarkets, schools, etc., to facilitate the daily needs of workers. The spa garden is based on the natural landscape and provides a space for relaxation and socializing. Through this design scheme, we aim to create a complete community, solve the psychological problems of workers, and provide convenient supporting facilities.

THE SEGREGATION OF CITIES Construction workers in the construction of the city at the same time did not get due treatment, a large number of dead city appeared, but did not solve the housing problem of construction workers, vacant, remote, anxious, confused, creating the problem of diversity of dead city. Through this comparison, it is intended to call for a good living environment for construction workers, so that the dead city will not die and enhance the value of the city. Workers can make use of the diverse functional modules between the scaffolds to create their own community environment. The connection between the steel frame and the upper level improves the fluidity between the upper levels, transforming the community from flat to three-dimensional.
