Parent-Child Yoga & Art Class

Ages 3-6 • Minnesota Kid's Yoga Co. This yoga and art class will teach children basic yoga poses. Kids will explore various postures through games, songs, and books. Parents are encouraged to participate in the poses as well! Many of the poses require a partner to complete, which adds to the fun! HappyFeet Legends Staff This class will offer skill sessions and scrimmages to ensure every player knows how to apply each skill in a game setting. Ages 4-6 • RevSports Focus is on individual player development and helping them become more confident with the skills of the game. Classes start with a warm-up, transition into a fun skills challenge, before culminating in an ageappropriate, small-sided scrimmage. All ability levels are welcome and eight-foot hoops will be used. Parents may need to participate with their child and are asked to stay on site for support.
