HEAT
Any Florida homeowner will break out in a sweat when the air compressor needs to be replaced in their air conditioning system! First, because of the heat, and then, when they receive the costly estimate of the repair.

Beat the Summer
At Project Hope, we had to have compressors replaced, at a cost of more than $4,000 each, as well as service to several others. We extend our "warm" thanks to all in our community who choose to give to Project Hope. Your generosity does make a difference in the lives of the families in our program!

STAFF UPDATE
Case Managers
Work directly with the ladies in our program to help them to establish obtainable goals toward self-sufficiency and healthy habits for the safety and development of their children. They lead Life Skill Training, accountability meetings, and provide references to local resources, while offering the valuable option of prayer and spiritual support.
Joined our staff in July and is proving to be a valuable mentor to the ladies in our program.
Celebrates her 3rd staff anniversary in September. Her care and wisdom is a blessing to our families!

5Units Renovated

With the financial assistance of a Community Development Block Grant made available by MarionCounty Community Services and the services providedby Tallen Builders, we will soon be able to add two new families into our program, plus, three additionalunits have received much needed flooring, appliancesand HVAC improvements.

We praise the Lord for this blessing! Project Hope is now equipped to provide transitional support housing for 25 mothers with children!

At Project Hope, families stay in our program for 12 to 18 months as they recover financially and emotionally. Thanks to generous donations, we are able to welcome families into a furnished apartment filled with donated essentials. Every unit is beautiful, but very different, depending on what has been shared. After completing their program and as they prepare find new housing, families are welcome to take all of the donated furniture with them. This allows moms to start fresh in their new residence without having the financial burden to furnish it.

GIFTS THAT KEEP GIVING
The women in our program applied for a wide variety of reasons, but the most important reason is because they are seeking a safe and stable homelife for their children... We are blessed to be a part of their journey out of homlessness or instability.

Program graduates are welcome to take all donated furniture to help them get established in their new home!
