Deep Play for Kids
Join in and play in a joyful fun session of Deep Play For Kids (DPK) founded by Missy Brown. Linda Hurwitz is trained and certified in DPK (Level 1 & 2), and is ready to share a non-competitive program where children can learn different breathing techniques, yoga poses, guided imagery, movement to music, collaborative play, and centering crafts. It’s a space where children’s spirits can safely soar. Through play, movement, and music students experience life-long tools: breathing techniques, yoga poses, and mindfulness that they explore through body and mind.
