How to go to The Big Buddha and Po Lin Monastery?

 The easiest and the most popular way of reaching the Big Buddha statue is to use the MTR (subway) and get down at Tung Chung Station. At the station, you have to take Exit B and choose one of these options Take a cable car– The Ngong Ping 360 cable car is just a block away from the station. You can reach the cable car by walking.

ďƒź This cable car takes you to the Ngong Ping Village. From here on you can walk and reach the Big Buddha statue in ten minutes.

ďƒź By Bus- From Exit B, walk to the Tung Chung Town Centre. Catch the New Lantao Bus 23 and after a journey of 45 minutes, you will reach your destination from where you have to walk for another ten minutes to reach the Big Buddha statue.
