Wong Tai Sin temple: One of the newest locations that have stirred up in Hong Kong is the Wong Tai Sin temple. The temple is located in Kowloon. It was renovated in the year 1968. The original structure was built in the year 1920.

It was a private structure then, and after the remodeling, it was transformed into a public tourist spot. During each fall a festival is held in the temple, in the name of Wong Tai Sin. The temple complex is divided into three parts. The first is the Hall of Three saints, the second I the Good Wish Garden nd the third is dedicated to Confucious and his 72 disciples.

Avenue of Stars: In this part of the city, the citizens pay their homage and respect to the most renowned and well-known film directors in recent history. It also pays homage to the famous film stars, such as Bruce Lee. Inaugurated in the year 2004, the venue runs along the Tsim Sha waterfront. The famous Symphony of Lights is a light show shown during the evening, across the harbor. The show is also accompanied by music. A true delicacy of the Hong Kong atmosphere.

Ocean Park: This particular offers the whole shebang. From a walk-

through of the old Hong Kong to roller coasters, Grand Auditorium and a view of the exotic wildlife, this park offers almost everything there is to offer. The park contains the largest aquarium dome in the whole world, spanning a width of 5.5 meters in diameter, and housing a staggering 400 species of fishes. Aside from the aquarium, the nest adventure entails the tour through the enclosures of giant pandas, red pandas, and the greatly endangered giant salamanders.

The Repulse Bay: The Repulse Bay i ’ as famous for its beaches, but i ’ the best the country has to offer. The time spent there is a time of luxury and style, synonymous to that of the typical Hong Kong lifestyle.

The Big Wave Bay is another nearby spot at the beach. The beach offers an extensive view of the Chinese architectures, located at the Hong Kong Life Saving Society clubhouse.

Big Budha: At the top of the Lantau I la d’ Po Lin Monastery, sits a 34m high Big Buddha. The place was fairly secluded, until the building of the statue in 1993. It is believed that it took almost 12 years to complete the statue. It is also known as the w ld’ only free-standing statue. Under the guidance of a monk, tourists can climb the hill to take a look at the breathtaking sunrise.
