Delores was present to receive the 2023 Award of Distinction at the statewide MCCA convention held in Kansas City. This is one of the highest awards given to an individual who goes above and beyond to support Missouri community colleges. John served as a member of the Trenton R-9 and Trenton Junior College Board of Education just prior to the separation from the R-9 District and was very instrumental in the planning and construction of Hoffman Hall on the NCMC Campus. Mrs. Kuttler is an NCMC alum and a former art instructor for the R-9 District and the College. In 2011, John and Delores donated the largest gift in the history of the institution, a 312-acre farm in Buchanan County.
