High Attendance Marks Quarterly Membership Meeting Board, Committees Finesse Virtual Gathering, Support Rich Discussion voting results Capping a full year of major adaptation to pandemic times, Honest Weight’s Board of Directors and its committees have met the challenge of implementing a safe and accessible system to hold required meetings. Planning, patience, and painstaking perseverance paid off at Sunday, Jan. 31’s Membership Meeting with well-orchestrated presentations and adept fielding of technical support for the 184 Member-Owners in attendance. To facilitate participation, Board members regularly coached attendees with instructions throughout the meeting for posing questions and comments, as well as clarifying voting directions.

Thank you to the 184 Member-Owners joining us at our third remote HWFC Membership Meeting. Please note: “non-confidential” phone or Survey Monkey data are only used for election/ voting/ vote counting and will not be “data mined” or used for any purpose in the future. ALL measures were PASSED; here are the results. Note: Our Bylaws require 2/3 of present voting members’ approval to pass.
