Home Instead York congratulates our long service CAREGivers Huge well done to the following who all completed long service with Home Instead Senior Care York. Preparing to see a new client Here are a few points as a gentle reminder to ensure the smooth running of our care calls and that our clients are cared for in the best possible way.

If a new client appears on your schedule please ensure that  an introduction is in place  you have received a copy of the care plan  you have a key safe number if appropriate Please ensure you plan in advance and request these during normal office hours particularly if the call is due to take place on a weekend, remembering that the On Call Telephone Number is for emergencies only.

Share the Care Referral Scheme From the 1st March 2020 Home Instead York rolled out a new ‘Share the Care Referral Scheme’.

All clients currently using Home Instead’s services can recommend Home Instead York to their friends and family and once they have signed the Service Agreement and commenced care with us both the existing client and their friend will receive £95 each if they both use our services.

To both receive £95 off their Home Instead Senior Care York bill the following Terms &

Conditions apply. ▲ New clients must please ensure they hand their referral card to the person who conducts the consultation at the time of signing the Service Agreement and commenced care. This will ensure saving the £95 set up charge. ▲ Existing clients will receive £95 discount off their next bill once their friend has signed the Service Agreement and commenced care. ▲ Existing clients may refer as many friends

as they like. Providing they have the qualifying card, they will both receive the £95 discount. ▲W e reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions and to terminate the scheme at any time. ▲W e respect privacy and so we collect and process all data in accordance with our Data Protection promise.

Fancy getting paid to complete training while sat in your PJ’s and slippers?

With My Learning Cloud, you can log in and view your mandatory training that needs updating and get paid to complete the e-learning at home at a time that suits!

This new site is proving useful at getting different opportunities out to you as CAREGivers and gives you control over when and where you are completing training.

Since we started using it again in January 2020 we have had 105 e-learning modules completed and have 53 workshop spaces booked for this year already! So, a huge thank you to all who have started using it.

I can make sure your username and password are re-sent to you or we can arrange for you to pop in and give you a little guided tour of the platform.
