El edificio lanza un volumen en vuelo que cobija la nueva estación de servicio. La sinuosa envolvente, por su
desarrollo, permite disipar mejor el calor evitando el sobrecalentamiento. Posee profundas terrazas en la
fachada norte por donde, a modo de patios horizontales, se toma aire exterior atemperado por la inercia térmica
de la construcción. La fachada sur, más expuesta a los rayos del sol, cuenta para protegerse con una doble piel
de módulos fotovoltaicos así como con un tapiz vegetal de hoja caduca que evita la radiación en verano y la
