GENERAL NOTICES High Altar flowers: are given in Memory of The Rev'd Burne Brooker on his birthday, from his family. GREETINGS: from Verena who has moved to Leipzig University for this academic year. Next Sunday: there will be a retiring collection to support the Mothers Union project of literacy in Burundi in East Africa (next to Rwanda, Tanzania and DR Congo). They also continue to support nursery schools in Myanmar. Mothers Union & friends: On Wednesday 1st August after the 11am service Maree N'Diaye will talk about her visits to the refugee camp for the Karen people, on the Thai-Burma border. MU work in this area has been supported by our parish for several years, so everyone is invited to hear mare talk about the people she has met, and those who have eventually come to Australia. Hymns at 10am: Due to copyright restrictions we are not able to print all melody lines. If you would like to have a copy of the hymn book available so you can read the melody line for all hymns please place your name on the list at the back of church, or you can use the old hymn book (AHB) and see the music from those books. 17
