It is finally time for AHN’s 2020 auction, Black & White By the Bay, and we are thrilled you are a part of the excitement! We look forward to sharing this memorable evening with you. As our evening kicks off, VIPs can enjoy a glass of bubbly from our one-of-akind champagne wall complete with white-glove service! VIPs will then taste delicious hors d’oeuvres while enjoying cocktails at the beautiful Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. All auction enthusiasts will socialize in the Audubon Foyer for a cocktail reception, where you will savor delectable appetizers and refreshing cocktails while mingling with friends and family. For those who are Bourbon aficionados, be sure to visit our Bourbon Bar after our live program! Please peruse the numerous silent auction items while placing bids using BidPal on your smartphone. Make sure to capture the moment with a visit to our photographer, and don’t forget to purchase a mystery bottle of wine or two from our highly sought out Wine Wall. Remember, bottles sell out quickly! There is so much to do and we’ve barely begun! We hope you have arrived hungry, because the celebration will continue into the Audubon Ballroom where a culinary feast awaits you. Next up is ensuring you take part in the fast-paced Heads-or-Tails chance game, which could make you the lucky winner of a $1,500 gift card! Buy your bands before they sell out! The winner of the Mystery Bag chance drawing will be revealed, leaving one lucky person with a handbag and prizes worth $3,000. Finally, remember to participate in Fund-an-Item, which will support our financial aid program, which offers students with financial need access to educational opportunities and to life opportunities that will help them become successful adults. It defrays the costs of tuition, books, uniforms, social and spiritual activities. You won’t want to miss out on any of these special opportunities, so make sure to purchase your chances and donations through BidPal. The excitement will continue as our professional auctioneers announce our Live Auction. We have many amazing and unique experiences for you to bid on! Kick off your shoes and dance the night away to the Alex DeLeon Band. Satisfy your sweet tooth with an irresistible dessert, as well as a yummy take-home treat for your late-night cravings. Finally, remember to claim your auction prizes on your way to checkout, but don’t worry, the night is over just yet. ... The AHN Dads Club presents Dads Club After Dark. This event will be located in the Tech Lounge of the Grand Hyatt and will provide late-night snacks, drinks, and the perfect way to end an already fantastic evening. Tickets for Dads Club After Dark can be found on the BidPal registration site, so make sure you buy your ticket to the hottest after party in town now!
