• At check-in, each participant/couple will need to register their phone number in order to receive a BidPal bid number. You may also preregister your phone number and credit card prior to the event. By registering online, you can also activate the express check-out option. • The Auction Committee has endeavored to correctly describe the property being auctioned. • All sales are final. Items may be collected only after payment has been made. We cannot assume liability for any items left with the Academy. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY APRIL 12, 2020. Items not picked up by this date will become the sole property of the Academy of the Holy Names. • All items are subject to be placed in the Live Auction at the discretion of the Auction Committee. • All items must be paid for in full the evening of the Auction unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment may be made in cash, check, American Express, MasterCard, Discover or VISA. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items except where specified. • Resort and private vacation homes are offered to adults. Minors must be accompanied by adults. • Unless otherwise designated, all certificates and services must be claimed within one year and are not redeemable for cash. • Values listed are the donors’ estimates and not warranted by AHN for tax purposes. • AHN and the donors of the auction items make no representations of any kind, either expressed or implied, regarding property sold at the auction. All auctioned items are sold on an ‘as-is’ basis. AHN does not assume any liability for personal injury or property damage suffered because of any usage of the purchases. No individual or entity is authorized on behalf of AHN to make any warranty or representation regarding the use of any donated item, or be responsible for the correctness of the descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the property. No statement contained in the catalog or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed such as warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
LIVE AUCTION RULES: • Participants must use their BidPal registered bidder number. • The Auctioneer and Auction Committee reserve the right to change the order of items sold in the Live Auction and may deem it suitable to separate a multiple item and sell it by the piece. • The Auctioneer and Auction Committee reserve the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of sale. • The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer shall have absolute discretion as to whom the successful bidder is. All sales are final.
