Celebrating the History and Enduring Traditions of Holy Child School at Rosemont
As we celebrate and honor the 75-year legacy of Holy Child School at Rosemont — a school that has been known by many names during its history — it is important to reflect on the traditions that root us in our Holy Child mission and identity. Our archives have provided us with a glimpse into our history through photos, revealing the origins of many traditions that our community continues to know and love today. These traditions were inspired by our Foundress Cornelia Connelly’s vision for education, where the arts, physical play, and selfexpression are central elements of a holistic approach to a child’s education. While society, technology, and trends have changed, our traditions are a common thread that weave us together into the greater fabric of Holy Child’s history.
