Once you’ve found your ideal fit, we’ll guide you through signing your purchase agreement to begin your journey.
If your home is early enough in the construction process, you’ll have the opportunity to personalize it! Visit our design studio in Lake Oswego, OR for a single comprehensive appointment where you’ll select your home finishes and features. Subsequent milestone walkthroughs with your site superintendent will be scheduled based on your home’s construction stage.
Before closing, you’ll participate in two important walkthroughs. During the comprehensive homeowner orientation, your superintendent will familiarize you with your new home and explain your warranty coverage.
Once you sign off, we’ll notify your lender and title company to prepare your closing documents. After your documentation appointment and final approval from title, your sales agent will contact you to schedule the exciting moment when you receive the keys to your new home!
Your superintendent will conduct your 30-day check-in to ensure your home is functioning properly in these crucial first weeks. After this initial period, our dedicated warranty team takes over and handles your 6-month and 1-year milestone check-ins. Our team will promptly address and repair anything covered by your builder backed warranty, giving you confidence and peace of mind in your new home throughout the entire warranty period.
