How to Setup your QuickBooks Workforce Account

To set up your QuickBooks Workforce account, follow these steps: Log in to your QuickBooks account and navigate to the "Employees" tab. Click on "Payroll Settings" and then "Payroll Workforce."

Choose the option to "Invite Employees" to Workforce. Enter the email address for each employee you want to invite to Workforce, and select which paychecks and documents they should have access to. Click "Send Invite" to send the invitation to each employee.

• At the top right, click the Help icon.

• Type unable to log into the WorkForce in the Type something field.

• Click I still need a human.

• Hit Contact us.

• You'll be routed into the How can we help? page. Then, select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.

• To log in to QuickBooks Workforce as an employee, follow these steps:

• Go to the QuickBooks Workforce website: https://workforce.intuit.com/

• Click the "Sign In" button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

• Enter the email address that you used to set up your QuickBooks Workforce account.

• Type in your password.

• Click on the "Sign In" button.
