Woman’s Day Rita Wilson Hosts and Performs Along with Sara Bareilles and Judith Hill

n February 11th, Woman’s Day celebrated the 11th anniversary of the Red Dress Awards, honoring those who have made significant contributions in the fight against heart disease, the number one killer of women today. Multi-talented actress and singer Rita Wilson hosted and performed, along with performances by Grammy® Award nominee Sara Bareilles and Judith Hill. President Bill Clinton accepted an award on behalf of The Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation in recognition for its work improving heart health by fighting childhood

obesity. In addition, Jennie Garth received the Campbell Soup Company’s Healthy Heart Award. Joy Bauer and Hoda Kotb were also part of the evening’s program. Woman’s Day was proud to honor the following distinguished heart health advocates: Dr. Michelle Albert, professor and chief of cardiovascular medicine, director of cardiovascular research, Howard University; Martine Reardon, chief marketing officer, Macy’s; and Mildred Rodriguez, WomenHeart Champion.
