The Holly Area Chamber has provided ribbon cuttings for all new businesses in the Holly Area. We often work with the Holly DDA Mainstreat. We also offer six months free to any new business. We are available to promote and lead anniversary, remodel, relocation, or other celebration for Member Businesses. In the past year The Holly Area Chamber has celebrated these new businesses with ribbon cuttings.
The North Oakland Regional Chambers Association looks forward to celebrating new businesses and member milestones throughout the region in the coming year.

North Oakland Regional Chambers Association partners with the Business Department at Holly High School to offer high school students internships with the Chamber. Interns collaborate to plan events, design flyers, run events, contact members and assist with social media and office projects. In 2024 we started a partnership with a grant program through Oakland County Michigan Works to fund salaries for the interns.
In the summer of 2024 Rosie Fillio and Kenoi Cabatigan managed the office and helped

run our summer events. Rosie is currently in her junior year at Holly High School, is the captain of the cheer leading squad, has horses, and is earning her pilot’s license. Her internship connected her with many Chamber business owners.
Because of these connections, she is now working for Altered Designs in Downtown Holly. Keoni is in his third year at Western Michigan University. He is pursuing a degree in Theater and Music Performance, as well as Business with an interest in Sports Marketing. Rosie and Keoni hosted a Meet the

Candidates event for Springfield Township and managed the Annual Golf Outing.

The 2024 Dixie Byway Car Show was a hot rod hit this year. With a little over 200 cars that attended the cruise from Waypoint Church to Mt Holly and more than 250 cars at the show, making this a record breaking year. This has become a signature event as we develop branding and development of the Dixie Byway from exits 93 to 106.
